Refunds & returns

Thank you for choosing SIP WITH ME. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Approval of return is on case to case basis and on sole discretion of the customer care team.

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

4. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately  with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
